The PoolPak replacement parts department carries thousands of parts in inventory to ensure that the PoolPak and PoolComPak dehumidification equipment is running at peak performance. Our dedicated parts team is available during normal working hours and can answer questions concerning your specific unit. Please include the unit model number and unit serial number when requesting a quote or placing an order. Orders for in-stock items received by 3PM EST ship the same day.
Upgrade Your Controller
Owners of older PoolPak units can improve their unit’s operating performance by upgrading to the ECC III fully programmable controller. ECC I and ECC II owners will realize faster response, greater reliability and ease of operation. The conversion kits provide BAS interface with the optional Remote Access package for full access to your operating system via internet at any location. Also available is the Remote Key Pad for direct access to the controller in alternate locations.
