You are about to enter the PoolPak Sales Rep Area.
You will be asked for a User Name and Password to access this portion of our web site.

Your user name is the same as your PoolPak Selection Software product key. The product key is a series of 19 characters, with three dashes dividing four sets of 4 alphanumeric characters (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx)

If you have not yet obtained a product key, you must first download the PoolPak Selection Software and follow the directions to obtain a product key.

1. Both the user name and password are case sensitive and must be lower case.
2. The user name can only contain the numbers 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 or the letters a, b, c, d, e, or f.
3. There cannot be any spaces before, after, or in the middle of the user name or password.
4. If you copy and paste the user name, make sure there were no spaces inserted before or after it.
5. If you have followed the above tips and are still unable to access the PoolPak Sales Rep Area, please contact the PoolPak Sales Department.
