Genuine PoolPak® Replacement Parts
The PoolPak® replacement parts department carries thousands of parts in inventory to ensure that the PoolPak® and ComPak dehumidification equipment is running at peak performance. Our dedicated parts team is available during normal working hours and can answer questions concerning your specific unit. Please include the unit model number and unit serial number when requesting a quote or placing an order. ALL new part sales carry a 1-year parts warranty. Sales of used or refurbished parts include a 90-day parts warranty. Orders for in-stock items received by 3PM EST ship the same day.
Upgrade Your Controller
Owners of the PoolPak® SWHP Series (LEGACY UNITS ONLY) can improve their unit’s operating performance by upgrading to the ECC III fully programmable controller. ECC II owners will realize faster response, greater reliability and ease of operation. The conversion kits provide BAS interface with the optional Remote Access package for full access to your operating system via internet at any location. Also available is the Remote Keypad for direct access to the controller in alternate locations.
As of March 1, 2016, ECCII controllers are no longer available. ECCII owners must purchase the ECCIII Upgrade Kit for any controller replacement need.

PoolPak® Filter Auto-Ship Program
PoolPak® offers a replacement filter program to help keep your PoolPak® running at peak performance. Have your filters delivered to your facility when you need them, eliminating costly repairs from replacement oversight. Keep your PoolPak® products operating properly, and save time by not having to place orders. PoolPak® filters are cost-effective and eliminate the need for filter storage space.
Purchased Parts Warranty
PoolPak® purchased part warranty covers all parts that fail due to defect in material and/or workmanship for ONE (1) year for new parts or NINETY (90) days for refurbished parts. It does not cover parts which wear out during normal operation (belts, air filters, fuses), nor does it cover failures due to misapplication, misdiagnosis, improper maintenance, or improper installation. We will provide replacement parts via regular UPS ground service only. The customer will be responsible for any express shipping costs for any item.
